Frequently Asked Questions
1.) Did you take these pictures?
Yes! Every picture that I display on my website and I show at meetings I took.
2.) How early do you arrive?
Most often I arrive 2hrs a minimum of 1hr before the start of the ceremony, this allows for
group photos and bride getting ready photos. No, this time does not count against your
package hours.
3.) Do you attend rehearsals?
In most cases I always attend rehearsals, but I do not guarantee this. In 4 years I have
only not attended 1 rehearsal, and that was because the B&G changed the time.
4.) Do you have a studio?
No, mine is a home based business, which allows me to provide you with affordable prices
because I don’t have the overhead of maintaining a studio.
5.) When will I get my pictures?
My policy is 30 days after you have made your selections, in most case your photos will be
ready within 2 weeks of making your selections. Albums require 4 to 6 weeks.
6.) Do you travel outside the Jacksonville area?
Yes, any distance within 100 mile radius of Jacksonville, Fl, there is no charge for travel.
Outside of that area a .35 cents per mile is after the 1st 100 miles. Example Jacksonville
to Tallahassee is additional $80.00. Millage is calculated as a round trip.
7.) Will my guest be able to purchase photos from my wedding?
Yes, but because of problems in the past I require that I be contacted my phone or email to
purchase photos. This prevents unwanted people from purchasing your photo. Photos that I
put online are of low resolution and size and if copied will print poorly. Photos can be paid
online thru my website through paypal using your Visa, Master Card or Discover Card.
8.) Will you accept payment arrangements?
I will consider payments arrangements if 75% of you package is paid for before the|
wedding date, but no items will be delivered until package is paid in full. The only
reduction I would consider after the wedding with arrangements is the elimination of an
album from the package, if an album is not included in a package Photo CD’s are not
included.
9.) Do you do any other type of photography?
Yes, on a limited bases, I do Birthdays, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Family Photos
Children Sporting Events, Portraits and Portfolios.
10.) How early or late will you do an engagement shoot, and will you travel to do so.
Your engagement shoot can be held at any time, early am or late pm. For engagement
shoots, I will only travel for 50 mile radius of Jacksonville, FL.
