Allgood Photography Policies and Conditions
At Allgood Photography our goal is to provide you with professional wedding photography at an affordable price. All our services are done with professional grade equipment and at no time will we compromise the quality of your photos and products. A proof CD and photos posted online within 1 week after your wedding. Prints are delivered within 30 days after you make your selection. Musical DVD delivered within 30 days, albums within 4 – 5 weeks. Black and white prints provided upon request. A high resolution Photo CD will be provided with all predesigned and custom packages. Individual pictures taken of guest and wedding party will not be included on the CD, but will be posted online, for purchase at a discount.
All packages included retouching of the bride and groom photos (if needed) that are to be printed. Photo retouching does not included: special effects, placing people in photos that were not originally there, removing unwanted background and objects, black and white pictures with color effects.
As a wedding photographer my responsibilities are to the bride and groom. If there is a change in times and location, I must have this in writing or email from your address, no phone call. If you as a bride delegate the responsibility of your wedding day to another, wedding coordinator, parent, sibling, etc, I must have this in writing stating so.
Weddings do not always start on time and there is no penalty or reduction in coverage for late starts.
It is understood that any and all proofs, final or sample prints, negatives and digital captures, remain the property of the photographer and may be used for advertising, display or any other purpose though proper by the photographer, unless otherwise agreed upon at signing.
On signing of the agreement by both parties hereto, the photographer will reserve the date and time agrees upon and will make no other commitment for that date and time frame. For this reason the $200 deposit is non refundable after 60 or less before the reserved date. If the date is changed and available all monies will be moved to that date. Upon any request for a refund before the 60 day cutoff the photographer will have 30 days to provide the client with all monies due. If your package includes an engagement shoot and the session has taken place, upon a refund request that money will be deducted from the deposit.
If by any chance the photographer is unable to perform his duties due to a disabling accident, he will take it upon himself to provide another competent photographer, or in the case of death, the photographers beneficiaries will be responsible for refunding the couples monies.
ALL PACKAGES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFITURE OF ALL MONIES AND NO SERVICE RENDERED.
It is the policy of this photographer, if he or his equipment is threaten by any of the quests of the bride and groom and they are not able to control them, I will have the right to leave without a refund due and only responsible for the pictures taken before the incident occurred.
This must be fully brought to the attention of the bride and groom before he feels it necessary to leave.
